I just finished my graduate degree in San Francisco and many of my professors lead their own startup or work for big tech. Every single one of them has said if you don't learn how to use AI now, you'll be left behind in the workplace. All of my tech classes included assignments using AI platforms. Things I've learned: it still hallucinates, so always check sources and numbers. It's great as a project management tool and can concisely organize lists and tasks. If it's helping you tweak coding or writing, ask for a list of any changes it makes.
And I feel you on the protein intake. Fiber has crept in as the new protein here if you want to get ahead of the curve 😂
You're so right and I've been hearing the same thing even just within school and teaching. I feel like the more you use it the more ideas you get of how to use it - which is both a good thing and a less good thing haha.
Fibre is huge in Sweden generally too! But I'm not so worried about it since most my meals are already grains and fruit. Love the heads-up though!
Totally! You hit the nail on the head with the more you use it, the more ways you discover to use it. I have mixed feelings about AI, but I'm glad I've gotten to experience it for work through school. I'm also glad my formative school years were before AI so I learned to research and analyze info without tech. This is going to fundamentally change how people learn, process information, and their critical thinking skills.
And you're so right - Swedish daily diet > American wellness culture trends every time.
Ahh thank you so much for the mention, I truly appreciate it more than you know, and love the idea of noting your fave reads this week! The seasons changingggg - im excited for this next half of the year (cant be worst than the first!!!!!) sending a big hug xxx
I honestly just told it "I'm 30 years old, this tall and weigh this much. Can you help me track my nutrients and protein?" and it gives you a general guideline. Then I'll pop in whatever I eat, very generally (like: two heaping tbsp of greek yoghurt with a banana), and it tells me approximately where I'm at!
Summer is the best for dressing, everything looks better as I’m not so pasty pale and don’t need to constantly worry about multiple layers just to stay warm!
Went for Monday on the poll as there is so many weekend posts and yours just brightened up my Monday evening 💛

Can you tell me more about how ChatGPT tracks your protein?! I’d love to understand how you are doing that!!
